Designing a Policy Report on Competition in Cloud Computing

I designed Parting Clouds, a Canadian Anti-Monopoly Project report examining Canada's cloud computing market and the case for treating infrastructure as a competitive, interoperable utility.

I designed Parting Clouds: Creating a Competitive Marketplace for Compute for the Canadian Anti-Monopoly Project, a policy report examining how three American firms control 85% of Canada's public cloud market and what policymakers can do about it. Working closely with the CAMP team, I translated regulatory and competition policy content into a clear, visually engaging document.

The visual direction leans into abstract cloud forms and a light purple palette to give the report a distinctive, editorial feel while keeping the dense policy content approachable and easy to navigate.
